Dr G.K (HARI) Harinath OAM
Chairperson, Multicultural NSW
Dr. G.K. Harinath, another distinguished personality in our advisory panel, is the chairman of Parramasala and a Member of NSW Centenary of ANZAC Advisory Council. Dr. Harinath’s notable achievements include holding the position of Chairman and a Board Member of Cricket NSW, Board Member of Cricket Australia, Board Member of the South East Area Health Board and serving as the President of Sydney Cricket Club. Dr. Harinath was awarded an Order of Australia Medal (OAM) in 2009 on the Hon’ble Queen’s Birthday to honour his service to the sport of cricket through executive roles at state and national level, and to the community at large. Dr. Harinath was also awarded the Pravasi Bharatiya Samman (Medal) by the President of India in 2017, the highest honour conferred to Indians living overseas.
